Our team

The same crew, in the same trucks, every visit.

Two licensed P.E.s and a tight service crew. When you call Delta T, you get the same people every time — not a rotating roster.

The engineers

Two P.E.s on staff — set the standard.

Adam and Andy write the playbook every Delta T tech shows up with. Both are licensed professional engineers — a rarity in residential HVAC.

Adam Golubski

Owner

I graduated from Kansas State University in 2002 with a master’s degree in architectural engineering. I practiced mechanical system design for 14 years. I also worked as a project manager for a commercial contractor. About 10 years ago I became highly interested in the installation of residential HVAC systems and have been installing and servicing them ever since. I take great pride in open communication with our clients and assure they receive the quality of service deserved.

Andy Mitchell

Senior Service Tech

I graduated from the University of Kansas in 1994 with a degree in mechanical engineering. I worked for 23 years designing building HVAC systems. 10 years ago I began servicing and installing residential HVAC systems and realized that I enjoyed hands-on engineering far more than conceptual engineering. I currently hold both a professional engineering and a master mechanical contractor license. I specialize in HVAC system service and like the challenge of troubleshooting faulty system operations.

The crew

Same trucks, same crew, every visit.

The folks who actually pull up in your driveway. Each one is background-checked, uniformed, and trained inside the Delta T shop before they ever knock on a customer's door.
