Location FAQs

Cedar Creek - Olathe, KS

View Page
My Cedar Creek home was built in the 1990s. Should I repair or replace?
The community broke ground in 1989, so original and early-phase systems are well past typical service life. If your furnace or AC is 15 years or older and facing a major repair, replacement usually wins on total cost. We will show you the math either way, and second opinions are free.
Why does my wooded lot affect my air conditioner?
Cottonwood seed, leaf litter, and shade-loving debris load outdoor coils quickly on treed lots. A matted coil makes the system run longer and harder. An annual cleaning protects efficiency and the compressor.
Can you fix hot and cold spots in a multi-level Cedar Creek home?
Usually yes. Homes built into the hillside with finished walkout levels often need duct balancing, added returns, or a zoning panel. We diagnose with static pressure and room-by-room measurements before recommending equipment.
Do you handle new-construction and remodel HVAC in Cedar Creek?
Yes. Both owners are licensed Professional Engineers with mechanical design backgrounds, so we are comfortable working from plans on custom builds and additions.
Location FAQs

Falcon Lakes - Basehor, KS

View Page
Do you service maintenance-provided villas in Falcon Lakes?
Yes. The HOA maintenance in The Boulder Villas and The Highlands covers exterior upkeep like lawns and snow, but your furnace, AC, and heat pump are still the homeowner's responsibility. We repair and maintain all of them.
How fast can you reach Falcon Lakes?
Our shop is at 1950 N 142nd Street in Basehor, a few minutes from the Falcon Lakes entrance on Tee Box Drive, so we can usually schedule same-day or next-day service.
My Falcon Lakes home is newer. Why does the AC already struggle?
Many newer homes ship with builder-grade equipment sized to a price point, not to the home. Open golf-course exposure adds sun and wind load. We check sizing, refrigerant charge, and duct static pressure before recommending anything.
Can you give a second opinion on a replacement quote?
Yes, second opinions are free. A licensed Professional Engineer reviews the quote and tells you plainly whether repair or replacement is the better long-term call.
Location FAQs

The National - Parkville, MO

View Page
My home in The National has two or three systems. Do you service all of them in one visit?
Yes. Multi-system estate homes are normal here. We tune and diagnose every system on the same visit and give you one plain-language report covering all of them.
Our finished walkout basement never matches the rest of the house. Can that be fixed?
Usually. Bluff-lot homes with walkout lower levels need supply balancing, added returns, or zoning. We measure room-by-room before recommending anything.
Do you serve Parkville from Kansas?
Yes. Parkville is an established part of our Missouri service area, roughly half an hour from our Basehor headquarters, and we schedule it daily alongside Riverside, Platte City, and Weatherby Lake.
Will you review a quote I got from another company?
Yes, for free. A licensed Professional Engineer reviews the scope and pricing and tells you honestly whether it is fair, oversized, or missing something.
